Pallet racking

The name of this type of rack originates from the pallets that are stored as load units. They can be constructed as flat pallets, mesh box pallets or as special constructions. Two most important parts of a pallet rack are the upright frame (bolted or welded) and the beams (mounted or bolted). The uprights of the frames are furnished with a system perforation.

A pallet rack is a statically highly stressed system. The manufacturer must guarantee the safety for the user through a statistical proof and assure the user of the safety in operation by skilled handling, regular rack inspection and professional repairs.
